Main tasks:
- Planning the manager’s working day;
- Organizing meetings, negotiations (preparing and collecting necessary documents, agreeing on the time of holding, notifying participants about the venue), searching for information on the Internet;
- Monitoring the execution of instructions from the manager;
- Collection of materials and information necessary for the manager;
- Control (reception, registration, redistribution) of correspondence, business correspondence and negotiations, drafting documents;
- Providing technical assistance (copying, scanning, printing);
- Monitoring the provision of the manager with everything necessary;
- Travel support (organizing trips, booking hotels, tickets and transport.)
- Carrying out personal assignments, including confidential ones.

Requirements:
- Higher education (completed);
- One year of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Hebrew at an advanced level (communication, reading)
- Ability to quickly make changes to the manager’s schedule and coordinate them with all parties;
- PC user level - confident user;

Personal qualities: balance, responsibility, punctuality, diligence, respect for confidentiality and subordination. A desire to help, a penchant for consistency and developed organizational skills are a priority
