1. Purpose of the Platform

ArkMeis is an online job catalogue and information platform.

The platform helps job seekers discover employment opportunities and enables employers, recruitment agencies, staffing companies and partners to publish and promote job listings.

Unless explicitly stated in a specific vacancy, ArkMeis is not the employer, is not a party to an employment agreement and does not act as the employer's representative.

2. Job Listings

Job listings may be submitted by employers, recruitment agencies, staffing companies, partners or collected from publicly available sources.

Although ArkMeis aims to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee:

• that a vacancy is still available;
• the accuracy of every published detail;
• a response from an employer or recruiter;
• an interview invitation;
• employment or hiring;
• that a vacancy will meet a user's expectations.

Users are responsible for verifying salary, working conditions, schedules, required documents and all employment details directly with the employer before accepting a position.

3. Employer Contacts and External Links

Listings may contain telephone numbers, WhatsApp links, Telegram accounts, employer websites and other third-party resources.

Following external links or contacting an employer is done at the user's own discretion and may be subject to the policies of those third parties.

ArkMeis is not responsible for external websites, employer communications, recruitment processes or agreements made between users and third parties.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information when communicating through the platform;
• avoid fraudulent or misleading activities;
• not send spam or unwanted messages;
• respect the rights of other users and third parties;
• independently verify employment opportunities;
• avoid sharing personal documents with unverified parties.

5. Publishing Job Listings

Anyone submitting a vacancy confirms that they have the right to publish the listing and that the information provided is accurate.

Job listings must comply with applicable law and must not contain misleading, illegal or discriminatory content.

ArkMeis may edit formatting, improve readability, correct technical errors, translate content, assign categories and standardise listings without changing their meaning.

6. Moderation

ArkMeis may reject, suspend, edit or remove listings or other published materials without prior notice if they:

• appear inaccurate or misleading;
• violate these Terms;
• are no longer relevant;
• generate justified complaints;
• may violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• relate to unpaid advertising or partnership obligations.

Access to the platform may also be restricted in cases of abuse or misuse.

7. Advertising Services

Paid advertising, featured listings and promotional services may be governed by separate commercial agreements, quotations or invoices.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ArkMeis does not guarantee a specific number of applications, interviews, hires or business results.

8. Click Statistics

The platform may measure page views, contact clicks, telephone clicks, WhatsApp clicks, Telegram clicks and other interactions with published content.

These statistics help evaluate listing performance and prepare reports for advertisers and employers.

A recorded click does not confirm that a user contacted an employer, submitted an application or was hired.

9. Work Visas and Immigration

ArkMeis does not provide work visas, work permits, sponsorships, invitations, relocation services or immigration assistance.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to work in Israel and possess all required documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis.

ArkMeis is not responsible for:

• decisions made by employers or recruiters;
• changes to job conditions;
• unsuccessful job applications;
• actions of third parties;

• fraud outside the platform;
• temporary service interruptions;
• errors or outdated information in listings.

11. Intellectual Property

The ArkMeis website, software, design, branding, logo, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Copying, reproducing, reselling or systematically collecting platform content without permission is prohibited unless permitted by law.

12. Privacy
