• Day shifts: 08:00–17:00
• Minimum 2 evening shifts per week (until 01:00)

• Experience as an administrator/shift manager
• Good conversational Hebrew
• Experience in training and adaptation of employees
• Ability to organize team work
• Leadership qualities and high motivation
• Responsibility and good communication skills
