Management reserve required for a supermarket chain in Tel Aviv
💰 Conditions:
• Base 13,000 ₪ + bonuses
• During training – salary protection 15,000 ₪
• Quarterly bonuses up to 8,000 ₪
• Bonus up to ₪3,000 for working on Saturdays
• Bonus for experience - 13,000 ₪
• Keren ishtalmut from day one
• 13th salary and return for clothes
• Corporate trips abroad
• Training and course for management reserve at the expense of the company
✍️ Requirements:
• Management / operational experience
(achmash, rosh tzevet, department management)
• Full time, 6 days a week
• Willingness to learn and manage a branch
Responsibilities:📌
• Branch operation management
• Ordering goods and working with suppliers
• Budget and schedule management
• Recruitment and management of employees
• Quality and safety control
